Palo Alto Woman Who Screamed at Man With MAGA Hat Is Missing

Authorities say the Palo Alto woman who publicly yelled at an elder man who was wearing a Make America Great Again cap at a coffee shop has been reported missing. But investigators say they believe she’s Rebecca Parker Mankey is voluntarily missing after visiting a friend in Lake County.
