Parents Believe Woman is Missing Child

Jaycee Lee Dugard was 11 years old when she kidnapped near South Lake Tahoe in 1991 as she walked to a bus stop. On Wednesday, a woman claiming to be Dugard walked into a Concord police station and told police who she was.
