Flooded Roads, Rescues and Closed Businesses in San Mateo County

Businesses in San Mateo County had to close their doors Monday due to flooding as the storm drenches the Bay Area. Crews also were busy rescuing people from creeks and helping residents in need. Stephanie Magallon reports.
