San Mateo County Leaders Ask State for Looser Restrictions on Reopening

San Mateo County leaders want to open more businesses right away, they’ve asked the state to allow hair salons and gyms to reopen as soon as possible. But not everyone is sure that’s a good idea as a rise in cases has been seen in several states. Marianne Favro reports.
