San Mateo County Moves to Yellow Reopening Tier

San Mateo County joins San Francisco as the second county in the Bay Area to move to the yellow tier. This change means many businesses will be able to resume indoor operations, and now employees need to hire more workers to keep up with the demand as things return to some normalcy.
