People Use Lunar New Year to Denounce Crimes Against Asians

There may be a different tone to some of the Bay Area Lunar New Year celebrations this year. Some community groups say, along with the festivities, there will be rallies to draw attention to what they say is a spike in racist attacks and crimes against Asians. Robert Handa reports.
