Pittsburg PD Now Allows Officers to Display Tattoos

Police in Pittsburg are showing a new side of themselves thanks to a change in department policy. For the first time, officers can display their tattoos, their chief announced Monday, calling the old policy outdated. Jodi Hernandez reports.
