Plan Would Give Students Grading Power

No feedback system in place now

It sounds like a dream come true for students -- give teachers a grade.

Students in San Francisco public schools may soon be able to do just that, turning the tables on their teachers.

The San Francisco Unified School District is considering a new feedback system that would allow students to grade their teachers' performance, reports the Examiner.

The plan, introduced by a student delegate, would allow middle and high school students to rate their teachers by answering questions created by the district and student advisory council.

There is no feedback system currently in place.

The board will vote tonight on the resolution.
