Recall Election Security at Santa Clara County Registrars

Thousands of ballots arrived at the Santa Clara County Registrars Office Tuesday to be counted for California’s recall election. Workers say they are committed to transparency and want to make sure people know all votes are counted safely. Ian Cull reports.
