Recreational Pot OK, Cell Phone Mounts Required

Many new laws take effect as of Jan. 1, 2017, including these two. California has now joined a growing trend across the country by legalizing the recreational use of marijuana and hemp. And cell phones must be mounted to the car windshield or dashboard to prevent distracted driving. Pete Suratos reports.
