Kristen Cunnane went back into the deep so that others won’t have to. An assistant UC Berkeley swim coach telling her story of sex abuse at the hands of a trusted and revered mentor. The abuse started when she was just an eight grader in Moraga. But the damage stayed with her into adulthood and until she finally got justice from her molestor. NBC Bay Area’s Cheryl Hurd shows us how she’s resurfacing with new resolve.
