Retailer Lets Neighbors Use Parking Then Cars Are Towed

NBC Bay Area responds to a San Jose woman who says a business reneged on its agreement to let a group of neighbors park in its lot while crews did roadwork in their mobile home park. On the first night using the lot, the cars were towed away. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
