Richmond City Council urges California to cut ties with PG&E amid price hikes

The Richmond City Council passed a resolution on Tuesday, calling for California to replace PG&E with a non-profit. City leaders citing the utility’s history of wildfires and rate hikes among other things. Raj Mathai speaks with Richmond City Councilmember Gayle McLaughlin on this.
