Rise of California's COVID-19 Positivity Rate Comes With Closures

One of the key data points we’ve been tracking is California’s positivity rate. It’s double what it was, just a month ago. This is the percentage of people tested, who came back positive and right now, we’re at 7%. Janelle Wang spoke to NBC News Chief Medical Correspondent Dr. John Torres about what could happen if that percentage grows.
