Road Rage Shooting Victim Identified in Contra Costa County

A man killed in an apparent road rage shooting Wednesday afternoon near Lafayette has been identified as 20-year-old Basel Jilani, of Lafayette, the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday. Jodi Hernandez reports.
