Rob's forecast: Red flag warning, poor air quality

The onset of dry north wind across Northern California later Tuesday into Wednesday has prompted a red flag warning for portions of the North Bay mountains from Tuesday night into Wednesday. Meteorologist Rob Mayeda reports.
