Roof Collapse Among Storm-Related Problems in Oakland

The rain and wind died down in Oakland Thursday afternoon, but it contributed to a number of problems earlier in the day, including street flooding, fallen trees and a partial roof collapse at a commercial building on Peralta Street. Christie Smith reports.
