San Carlos Residents to Discuss Airport's Noise Level

People living near the San Carlos Airport can make their complaints heard at an open house at 6 p.m. Thursday. The meeting will be at the Hiller Aviation Museum on Skyway Road. Officials will discuss an upcoming federal noise study of the area.
