San Francisco Family Remembers Flight Attendant Who Lost Life in 9/11 Attacks

San Francisco native Betty Ong was a flight attendant on the first plane that crashed into the World Trade Center 20 years ago, and is credited as the first person to warn authorities that hijackers had taken control of the plane. Melissa Colorado spoke to her older brother who reflects on that terrifying day and what he wants people to never forget.
