San Francisco Lifts Driver's License Suspension

If you get a traffic ticket in San Francisco and didn’t show up for court, you won’t lose your driver’s license anymore. The mayor announced Tuesday the city is changing its system for punishing people who fail to show up at traffic court because she believes it’s biased. Mark Matthews reports.
