Ballot proposals in San Francisco

A group called TogetherSF Action is responsible for putting up billboards drawing attention to the fentanyl crisis. They say two things are happening — the mayor’s office doesn’t have enough power, and all those city commissions are slowing down progress. NBC Bay Area’s Raj Mathai spoke to Kanishka Cheng, the founder and CEO of TogetherSF, about why the group wants voters to approve two different charter amendments.
