Reopening San Francisco's Economy

San Francisco will allow outdoor dining, starting this Friday. It’s ahead of the city’s initial timeline. The city is giving restaurants and retailers an option to use some public spaces, like parking spots, for business. All part of the city’s economic recovery playbook. The man behind it is Rodney Fong, president of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. Jessica Aguirre reports.
