San Francisco mayor suggests downtown UC campus to fill empty office space

San Francisco Mayor London Breed is asking UC regents to explore the idea of a downtown campus to fill all the empty office space in San Francisco. She, along with city attorney David Chiu, proposed the idea. NBC Bay Area’s Raj Mathai spoke to Chiu for some insight.
