SF Testing Sites Affected by Staff Shortages, Computer Shutdowns

Several San Francisco COVID-19 testing sites are being affected by staff shortages and are forced to temporarily close or close earlier than expected. Many people looking to get tested leave disappointed and desperate for help to their symptoms. Stephanie Magallon reports.
