San Jose City Leaders Pass First-In-Nation Gun Harm Ordinance

The San Jose City Council on Tuesday passed a first-of-its-kind gun harm ordinance that will require gun owners to purchase liability insurance and pay an annual fee on their weapons. Gun rights advocates are now suing. Kris Sanchez reports.
