San Jose Restaurants Welcome Back Lunch Rush During Full Reopening

Some restaurants in downtown San Jose welcomed back the rush of lunch customers Tuesday while others continued to struggle from a shortage in workers as the state fully reopened for business. Sharon Katsuda reports.
