The new “Star Wars” movie sold out nearly everywhere when it comes out this December. But ticket buyers in the South Bay havea a piece of technology going for them — and them only. Scott Budman reports.
San Jose's Tech Museum of Innovation will be showing the new "Star Wars" movie through a rare 70mm IMAX film projector.
The tech museum is one of a handful of theaters in the country using 70mm film projectors. The next closest theater showing "Star Wars" in 70mm IMAX film is in Des Moines, Iowa.
