San Jose Woman Hits Snag in Attempt to Return Clothes

NBC Bay Area responds to a San Jose woman who bought $40 worth of clothes on forever21.com, and after finding out they didn’t fit tried to return them, along with a shipping label, for a refund. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
