Santa Clara Co. May Use General Funds to Supplement Title X

Santa Clara County supervisor Cindy Chavez says she would propose to use the county’s general funds to fill the lost of Title X funding, which provides comprehensive family planning and related preventive health services for low-income families or uninsured people, if Trump administration’s abortion referral rule takes effect.
