Santa Clara Law Prof. Says Supreme Court's Same Sex Ruling the Right Decision

Santa Clara University Law Professor Brad Joondeph, who used to clerk for Justice Sandra day O’Connor, calls the Supreme Court’s same sex ruling one of the ten most significant decisions handed down in the the past 100 years. From a constitutional point of view, he believes the court made the right decision, because it guarantees due process and equal protection. Bob Redell reports.
