Lockdown orders were lifted at three Santa Clara schools Friday after authorities determined that a suspicious device at Bowers Park was safe, according to police.
Bowers Elementary School, Cabrillo Middle School and The Cabrillo Montessori School of Silicon Valley were initially placed on lockdown out of an abundance of caution, police said.
