Energy Upgrade California helps you find up to $4,000 in rebates. What you get will depend on the energy you are able to save and the utility provider. The program has about $300 million available for California home upgrades.
The goal is to get Californians to reduce their household energy use, save consumer money on utility bills, and create jobs in the state's building performance industry.
