SF Residents Speak Out on Planned Bayview Homeless Center

San Francisco city leaders are hoping to have a new homeless navigation center open in the Bayview next year. At a community meeting Monday night, people agreed there is a need, but some are concerned about the issues it comes with. Jean Elle reports.
