SF Woman is Told Defective Flooring Not Covered by Warranty

NBC Bay Area responds to a San Francisco woman who paid about $1,500 for hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators then noticed chipping and discoloration around the edges. She made a warranty claim, but the company said it wasn’t covered. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
