SF Sheriff Testifies Before Ethics Commission

Suspended San Francisco Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi testified before the city’s ethics commission this evening. During testimony, he additted to commissioners he did bruise his wife during a New Year’s Eve altercation. But Mirkarimi insists he is still fit to be San Francisco’s top law enforcer.
