SFMTA Provides Update After Woman Dragged Onto Tracks

The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency on Tuesday explained what it’s doing to keep riders safe after a woman’s fingers got jammed in a Muni train door, causing her to get dragged onto the tracks. Pete Suratos reports.
