Woman Buys Shoes at One Store, is Told to Return Them at Another

NBC Bay Area responds to a Newark woman who bought a pair of shoes on Sears.com, but after trying them on, she realized they didn’t fit. When she arrived at the Sears return line, she was told to take them to the nearest K-Mart, 12 miles away. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
