Showers Set to Return Soon

An approaching weather system will spill in more clouds and an increasing chance for some rain late in the day. Its still looking like most of the rain will hold off until later Sunday night into the first half of Monday with much cooler conditions again to start the work week. Highs will range from the 60s to low 70s on Sunday and back into the 50s and 60s for Monday. Off/on chances for showers look likely around the middle of the week (Wednesday evening into Thursday) and later next weekend thanks to the jet stream parked just close enough to us, yet far enough to the north to keep more of the substantial, heavier rains away from the Bay Area, yet close enough to toss some showers from time to time.
