Sisters Sue Parents for Failing to Protect Them From Sexual Abuse

Six Antioch sisters are suing their parents, Bruce “Zion” and Glenda Dutro, for sexual abuse, and the agencies they say failed to protect them. The abuse spanned 20 years. NBC Bay Area’s Monte Francis reports.
