San Jose Police Cracks Down on Cinco De Mayo Celebrations Downtown

Cinco de Mayo celebrations happened in downtown San Jose Monday, but unlike in years past, they seemed to be mild with no major problems. NBC Bay Area’s Terry McSweeney reports from downtown San Jose where it’s the third-straight night of heavy police presence.
