Small M2.8 Earthquake Strikes Near Livermore

A preliminary 2.8 magnitude earthquake struck the East Bay Saturday night, according to the United States Geological Survey.

The epicenter was reported 10 miles south southeast of Livermore at 7:55 p.m.
