Smash and Grab Scares Child Still Inside Car in Oakland

An East Bay father says he left his 8-year-old daughter in a car outside of Cole Coffee Café in Oakland, so he could quickly pick up a cup of coffee. and in those fleeting seconds, a thief smashed and grabbed his laptop bag. Melissa Colorado reports.
