Solar Firm Offers No Response to Customer's Problem System

NBC Bay Area responds to a Dublin woman who says a solar panel installer left her in the dark. Faeda Nebhan said her rooftop solar panel system wasn’t generating as much power as she expected. She asked the company to send a technician to inspect the panels but got no response. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
