A woman was killed in a car collision in Saratoga Tuesday, officials confirm.
The incident happened on the 15000 block of Montalvo Road when a vehicle attempting to park struck two pedestrians. The two people were gathering their belongings from their own parked cars when the other car struck them.
One of the pedestrians, a woman, was killed and the other pedestrian was injured and taken to a local hospital.
The incident is being investigated by the Sheriff's Traffic Accident Reconstruction Specialist Team.
