Starbucks Barista Claims Discrimination at Work

A barista with Starbucks in the South Bay says it didn’t work. She’s talking about the cultural sensitivity training the company just went through. The barista claims she faced discrimination on the job, and her managers did nothing about it. Damian Trujillo reports.
