State Bar Exam Mishap Raises Serious Questions

About 9,000 people hoping to become certified lawyers in California got an unexpected surprise while cramming for this week’s State Bar exam. They received the list of test topics in advance. The state bar says it was an innocent mistake. But NBC Bay Area’s Investigative Unit learned one of the students who benefited has very close ties with a top official at the State Bar.
