Storm Brings High King Tides, Heavy Rain and Gusty Winds

It’s a wet, wet day across the state of California, with up to three inches of rain expected in the Bay Area on Thursday by midnight, which has been prompting travel delays, high king tides and expected winds gusting up to 50 mph.
