Surveillance Camera Catches Car Theft at Dealership

A man saw a car running at Best Buy Motors on San Carlos Avenue in San Jose and decided to steal it. Cops chased him until he crashed into another car. The theft was caught on video. A 29-year-old suspect, Joshua Wise, was booked on the following charges: battery on an officer, resisting arrest, possession of a stolen vehicle and felony hit and run.
