Teen Charged as Adult in Death of 8-Year-Old Maddy Middleton

The Santa Cruz County District Attorney on Wednesday charged a 15-year-old boy with murder and kidnapping in the death of an 8-year-old girl who vanished while riding her scooter near her apartment on Sunday afternoon. Kim Yonenaka reports.
