Tesla Whistleblower Files Complaint

A former Tesla employee accused of sabotage by CEO Elon Musk is taking his fight to the feds. The fired technician, Martin Tripp, has repotedly filed a complaint with the securities and exchange commission. He alleges Tesla lied to investors and used dangerous batteries in its cars. Tesla fired Tripp last month and sued him for allegedly hacking the company’s computer systems. In e-mails, Musk told Tripp he should be “ashamed” of himself and was a “horrible human being.” So far, no comment publicly from Musk.
